Oana-rakusuishi:murazome with a pattern of big holes
Rakusuishi is water marked Washi paper on which patterns are added by dropping water .
In general, paper with pattern of tiny round holes is called "Harusameshi", meaning spring rain in Japanese.
Rakusuishi with comparatibly big holes is called "Oana-rakusuishi". Oana means "big holes".
Rakusuishi is thin paper, but not as thin as Usugami.
Murazome literally means being dyed unevenly or ombre, as you see in the image.
